Re-typing a shipping address as the billing address is a barrier.
How to test
Enter a shipping address and move to billing. The first address should be offered.
How to fix
Offer Same as shipping, or copy the values.
Example that fails
Checkout asks for the same address twice with no copy option.
Example that passes the check
A checkbox copies the shipping address.
Shopify
Keep Shopify Checkout's same-as-shipping option. Do not replace checkout with a form that asks twice.
WooCommerce
Enable the ship-to-different-address behaviour so billing can copy shipping.
WordPress
Copy earlier fields forward in multi-step forms.
Wix
Offer a checkbox to reuse the first address.
