White-label accessibility reports

Send the client a fix list with your name on it. AltGrade runs the scans. You keep the relationship and you set the price.

What the client receives

A dated PDF, a score, and the issues in plain English, with the steps for their platform. Your logo and name go on the report. The checks stay the same. The client does not need an AltGrade login to read what you send them.

Weekly rescans show what is new, what is still open, and what you already fixed. That history is how you justify a retainer. One scan is a project. A schedule is a service.

The Agency plan

Agency Starter is £99 a month for 10 sites. Agency is £199 a month for 25 sites, with weekly scans and client workspaces. That is about £8 a site before you add your own fee. Agency Plus is £399 a month for 75 sites and adds API keys and a CI check. No tax is added. Annual billing is ten times the monthly price.

You resell at whatever the work is worth to the client. Referral links pay a recorded 25 percent of subscription fees for 12 months when a client pays AltGrade directly. Payouts are arranged with you.

How to sell the first scan

Run the free scan on a prospect's public site. Walk them through the top five issues on a call: an unnamed button, a pale price, a photo with a file name for alt text. Then show the platform steps. You are not selling fear. You are showing the edit.

The partner kit has a one-page sales sheet and a client email you can adapt. Do not promise a legal outcome. Promise a fix list, a date, and a rescan.

Keep the work in one login

Client workspaces group sites so a 25-site book does not become 25 inboxes. Alerts fire when a new critical issue appears, which is usually a theme push or a new app. Open the comparison, fix or delegate, and rescan.

White-label covers the report the client sees. Your team still works in AltGrade. That split is the point: they see your brand, you see the findings.

A retainer you can show

Open with the free scan on the prospect's live site. On the call, fix nothing yet. Show the unnamed cart button, the pale price and the file-name alt text. Tell them which screen in their platform holds the edit.

The paid work is the weekly rescan. New critical issues usually arrive with a theme push or a new app. The email lands in your workspace, not in a spreadsheet you forget. You send the client the white-label PDF with your name on it.

Annual billing is ten times the monthly price. You set the fee the client pays you. The first scan you show them can still be the free one.

Put the PDF in the client folder with the date in the file name. On the next call, open the new scan beside it and point at what closed. That is the retainer. You are not reselling a widget, and you are not handing over a login to AltGrade unless you choose to.

Questions

Can clients see AltGrade on the PDF?

White-label reports use your agency name and logo. Your team still uses AltGrade to run the scans.

How many sites are included?

Agency Starter includes 10. Agency includes 25. Agency Plus includes 75 and the API.

What do we tell the client the scan cannot do?

Automated scans cannot catch every WCAG issue. Say that once, then show them the fixes you can ship this week.
