WCAG 2.5.8: Target Size (Minimum)
WCAG 2.5.8 Target Size (Minimum) is a level AA success criterion from WCAG 2.2. Targets are at least 24 by 24 CSS pixels, or have enough spacing, with a few exceptions such as inline text links.
Small cart and close icons are easy to miss on a phone.
How to test
Measure icon buttons. The target should be at least 24 pixels, or spaced so a 24 pixel circle fits.
How to fix
Add padding to icon buttons.
Example that fails
A close icon is 12 pixels with no padding.
Example that passes the check
The close button is 32 pixels.

Pad header icons and quantity steppers to at least 24 pixels.

Increase the cart and quantity hit areas.

Pad icon buttons in the theme.
Wix
Resize icon buttons above 24 pixels.
