WCAG 1.2.7: Extended Audio Description
WCAG 1.2.7 Extended Audio Description is a level AAA success criterion from WCAG 2.0. When pauses in the soundtrack are too short for a description, the video can pause so a longer description fits.
Blind viewers miss plot or product details that cannot be squeezed between lines of dialogue.

If the description track talks over speech, this level is not met.
How to fix
Produce an extended description that freezes the picture while the description plays.
